David Palfreyman
David Palfreyman is an independent auctioneer, industry speaker and trusted voice in real estate.
He entered the industry in 2005 at just 18 years old and has since built a multi-dimensional career across sales, leadership, training, strategy and auctioneering. Early in his career he became one of the youngest high performers in the profession. Now high performance agents work with him to refine their strategy and auction process.
David calls hundreds of auctions each year and works with agencies, salespeople and sellers across New Zealand. His role goes far beyond the auction call itself. He shapes campaign strategy, supports agents through high-stakes negotiations, and focuses on improving the overall client experience so sellers feel confident and well served.
Alongside auctions, David is a sought-after speaker, conference host and trainer. He is an approved provider of verifiable training for the Real Estate Authority, host of NZREC and the HomeRun podcast, and has served as an independent judge for the REINZ Awards for Excellence. Whether it’s from the auction podium, conference stage or behind the scenes, David’s focus is the same: help people perform better, communicate more effectively and leave the process stronger because of his involvement.
